EDUCATION FAIRS

ILI organizes educational fairs in partnership with the Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS); these events encourage Latino students and their families to learn about colleges and universities in Indiana, including admissions process, financial aid information, and career exploration. In addition, local organizations will be present providing educational resources and information on how to become a volunteer. During the education fairs, students will have the opportunity to register for "Careers for the Future" paid summer internships and scholarships. Also, students and their families will have the opportunity to listen to a special presentation on the following topics: Money Management Skills, College Readiness, and Immigration and higher education.
